The Airwallet box

All Airwallet orders comes with marketing material consisting of an informational poster, a how-to poster, stickers for each machines, and a no-theft sticker for the entrance.
The devices communicate with the users smartphones using Bluetooth. Therefore, there is no need for any internet connection in the laundry. Airwallet is compatible with all laundry machine brands, and is shipped ready-to-install.
The Airwallet device can be installed as a stand-alone system or in parallel with a coin acceptor. All Airwallet devices comes with 12 months warranty from the day the product is delivered.

Airwallet PRO200
is designed for all professional machines in Europe and North America with 110-240V.
It can start one machine with a pulse, high/low-signal, or multiple pulses. It also has several options for machine feedback for precise availability status in the app.
Airwallet R210
is designed for small shared laundries with household machines in Europe and North America with 110-240V.
It can control two machines separately and starts the machine by switching the power for the entire machine like a traditional coin acceptor.

You can set up and test the installation before delivering the payment system to your customer. The dashboard is developed with all tools necessary to run day-to-day operation independently from external partners. Dashboard users are also able to refund payments with just one click.
Airwallet uses machine learning to detect machines with malfunctions even before users are affected by the errors. The malfunction alerts can be sent to the customer or distributor for rapid action, to improve and strengthen the customer relationship.
